TECH’s VP of Sales & Training, Walter van Loon visited AI Saeedi for conducting a detailed Tech product Training.

For this four-days visit, Walter met with Mr. Anish Malattiri (MD) and Mr. C.L. Philips (Philip) (Operations Manager) at HQ Al Saeedi after the arrival in Dubai. 

After that he had the tour of the impressive large warehouses and Al Saeedi Tire workshops located in Dubai. In total there are 10 Al Saeedi workshops spread over the 7 Emirates. See www.alsaeedigroup.com

Walter had the group training on Tuesday 19/09 all day. It was the Sales Training for the group of Sales rep’s, Procurement department Mr. Riyas T.H and Oman Representative, Mr. Dennis Lazro with total 22 attendants. All attendants will receive a “Tech Tire Repair Specialist” certificate, valid for 1 year. 

Group Training was about: 

  • Full Product Training PP Presentation on Tube-/ All-Purpose (AP)- / Multipurpose (MP) – / Uni-Seal Pin-Plugs (UL)- / 2-Piece – / Radial Seal- / CT & CT-R Radial- / BP-BPT repairs for Passenger – and Truck Tire (Radial-Cross-Ply) repairs.
  • Separate presentation on OTR Tire repairs Radial & Cross-ply (CT-CT-R & TOR), TPMS products, Hamaton/ Ateq.
  • Overview on re-sale items Hamaton valves/ Tire paste/ Winntec-Gaither tools/ Monaflex Vulcanizing equipment/ Tech Plus Balancing compound/ Salvadori tools etc.

On Wednesday, 20/09, Walter had a further (technical) detailed product Training, only for Tech Sales Rep’s Mr. Sajao A.N. and Mr. Anu Abraham by going through the available Manuals & Repair charts. They also had an overview on TPMS website.

In the afternoon, he visited Company Emirates Transport ( www.et.gov.ae ) retread factory, together with Sales Manager Mr. Ramesh Sankaran. Meeting at the company with Mr. Suresh Kamur Raju – Emirates Transport/ Section Head Technical Operations.

Walter introduced TECH Europe Thermacure Radial repair as the latest (best) technology for pre-cure retread business which can be used with their normal (black) retread cement.

Thursday 21/09: Visit at company “Stevin Rock” https://www.stevinrock.ae/ impressive site, world class quarrying company, together with Philip. Meeting and factory tour with Mr. Prasad ( Factory Supervisor) and we were in contact also with Mr. James Seals (Tire Plant/ Transport Manager).

The Tech/ Pang Sales training is essential for Sales Managers who interact with customers, whether it is in person, over the phone, or online. The training should include effective sales techniques, objection handling, and customer service skills.
