TECH Europe’s Technical Trainer, Volodymyr Bagdasaryan and VP of Sales & Training, Walter van Loon recently made a visit to two major Goodyear retread locations in Germany and France for an annual tire repair audit & training session. TECH Europe has a long history with the leading tire manufacturer and as part of our valued partnership, we are committed to building upon this with continued support and training.
First up was the team in Riom, France where Volodymyr & Walter were joined by Goodyear’s Technical Quality Manager, Mr. Sylvain Vermorel. This was followed by a visit to Goodyear in Wittlich, Germany for another 2-day audit with Quality Manager Mr. Juergen Oeffling and his team.
More than 40 operators and technicians were audited and trained in multiple sessions. All attendants succeeded and received the TECH-Goodyear ‘Tire Repair Specialist’ certificate.
As always, the audit included both theoretical training and practical demonstrations of TECH’s leading tire repair and retreading materials in line with our safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safest and highest quality repairs.
Just like Goodyear Tires, TECH Tire Repairs only hit the road only after passing stringent quality testing standards and technician training!
