Based in Paredes, Portugal, Altaroda has been a key player in the tyre repair industry for over 12 years and has built an impressive customer base thanks to their commitment to customer service and product development.
Jon & Walter were delighted to catch up with Altaroda’s CEO, Vitor Rocha, taking time to discuss the latest industry developments throughout Portugal and across the EMEA region. Having shown outstanding dedication to the TECH brand, Altaroda displayed no signs of slowing down as they continually develop initiatives in order to promote safe tyre repair practices in their market; not only with the leading repair materials from TECH but also through utilising additional brands within the TRC family, including our expertly manufactured, Salvadori Retreading equipment.
The TECH TPMS programme was also discussed during the meeting with Vitor explaining the significant growth in this area throughout Portugal. The team at Altaroda have made our TPMS offering a key aspect of their product portfolio, ensuring they offer the latest products demanded in the marketplace and remain compliant with the latest industry safety recommendations.
Having utilised our training facility in Belgium to deliver on the TECH promise of Teach Each Customer How, Altaroda also shared an exciting development with us by announcing plans to expand their premises as a way of increasing their warehouse space and providing their own modern training facility for their customers.
