Walter van Loon (VP Sales–TECH–EMEA) went on a “Whirlwind” tour with “Nice-Snir” Sales Manager Mr. Eytan Younies, through Israel to visit Key Accounts (Bridgestone/Goodyear/Continental) and major Retread & OTR repair locations from 18th till 21stof September. During the visits the focus was directed towards Tech Thermacure repairs, Pang Pin-Plug Quil Seal repairs and hot/cold vulcanization processes at professional repair customers.
On 22ndand 23rdof September, Walter van Loon conducted a full Tech/Pang Training seminar for the complete “Nice-Snir” Sales Team. They went through the complete application details and construction of the 2-Way Tube repairs, Uni-Seal repairs, Centech Radial Truck repairs, Pang Quill Seal Pin-plugs and full OTR repair procedures. Apart from the full range of Repair products, they also had a discussion about Sales opportunities for TPMS products and other new Tire & Wheel product developments.
TECH believes the key to proper tire repair goes beyond having high quality TECH tire repair products as the knowledge and skill to perform the repair is equally as important – and plays a vital role in ensuring safety on the roads. This is in line with the TECH promise of ‘Teach Each Customer How’ so all attendees are fully equipped and skilled to train their own customers and as a result, promote the value of proper tire repair training in their market.
