Last week, our Technical Trainer, Volodymyr Bagdasarian, travelled to Norway to deliver a comprehensive tire repair training session for HEDA AS, TECH’s trusted distributor for an impressive 48 years!
The visit marked an exciting milestone for HEDA, who recently opened a brand-new training centre – an investment that highlights their commitment to elevating standards in tire repair across their region.
The training brought together the HEDA team, including Sales and Product Manager Roger Furuseth, as well as a group of their customers seeking a professional refresher on TECH Tire Repair best practices.
Participants engaged in both theoretical instruction and hands-on demonstrations; all aligned with TECH’s strict safety guidelines and global repair standards. At the end of the programme, every attendee received official certification.
This visit to HEDA reflects TECH’s mission to ‘Teach Each Customer How,’ equipping distributors with the expertise to train their own customers and raise tire repair standards across their region.
