TECH’s focus on empowering technicians through hands‑on training was on full display during a recent training session delivered by our Technical Trainer, Volodymyr Bagdasarian, at the Energija retread factory in Lithuania. As one of our long‑standing partners, Energija has built a strong reputation for high‑quality truck tire service, repair, and retreading – and we’re proud that they rely on TECH products for their daily operations.
The training combined in‑depth theoretical instruction with hands‑on practical exercises, ensuring that every participant gained both knowledge and confidence in proper tire repair techniques. A total of eight technicians and two managers took part, making it a valuable session not only for skill development but also for strengthening internal alignment on best practices.
