Our Technical Trainer, Volodymyr Bagdasarian, recently visited TECH distributor, Anwa Tech in Warsaw, Poland, to deliver an intensive two‑day training programme. Hosted at their well‑equipped training centre, the visit combined theory, hands‑on demonstrations, and practical repair exercises designed to elevate technical confidence across the team.
The training was tailored for a group of Anwa‑Tech employees, led by their General Manager, Lukasz Popławski, and joined by their newest technician.
Volodymyr delivered a comprehensive programme that included:
- Theoretical foundations covering repair principles, product selection, and best practices
- Live demonstrations of key repair methods, including:
- Permacure and Uni‑Seal Ultra for passenger tires
- Uni‑Seal and Centech for radial truck tires
- Hot vulcanisation of truck tire section repairs
- Agricultural tire section repair using A+B
- Grey chemical cushion gum and Thermacure repair materials
- Guided hands‑on practice, where Anwa‑Tech’s technician successfully repeated several core repairs under supervision
The combination of structured theory and practical repetition ensured that each participant left with stronger skills and greater confidence in performing a wide range of tire repair procedures.
