TECH, the global tire and wheel services authority, has shipped its first customer order from its new, state-of-the-art facility in Bangkok, Thailand. The Thai facility is TECH’s regional Southeast Asian headquarters, with classroom training, hands-on application training, and local inventory in a free-trade zone.
Pairote Suttiprapa, TECH Southeast Asia General Manager, is leading TECH’s investment across Southeast Asia. “TECH has a network of tire and wheel service experts across Southeast Asia, and a breadth of distributors to reach service centers across the ASEAN countries. We are putting the final touches on the training center, and we are eagerly preparing for our first customer training session.”
Mr. Le Quang Phap – Director of Truong Sa HCM TECH’s first customer to be serviced from the new facility stated, “TECH SE Asia responds to our needs rapidly. The TECH staff is knowledgeable and professional. Truong Sa is quite satisfied with TECH products along with the customer support and overall responsiveness from TECH SE Asia.”
Henry Jackson, TECH’s General Manager for China and Southeast Asia, is pleased to offer customers improved delivery service. “Our formal grand opening will happen in January. However, we wanted to begin shipping to customers now so that they can enjoy shorter lead-times and the benefits of the free-trade zone. With so many growing customers across the Southeastern Asian region, we want to continue to provide leadership products and training.”
