Last week, our Technical Trainers, Volodymyr Bagdasarian and Alessandro Sepe, travelled to Poland to visit our long-standing distributor Anwa‑Tech. The visit centred on providing structured OTR training for Anwa‑Tech and their internal trainer, Grzegorz Siedlecki, along with a follow‑up meeting and training session for their customer, GCS Poland.
Day One:
TECH OTR Tire Repair Training with Anwa‑Tech
The first day was dedicated to supporting Anwa‑Tech with focused, hands‑on OTR training. We worked closely with their team – including their in‑house trainer – to reinforce best practices in TECH OTR tire repair solutions, covering:
- Correct preparation and injury assessment for large OTR tires – Radial (26.5R25) & Bias (23.5-25)
- Application of TECH repair materials designed specifically for heavy‑duty OTR environments
- Best‑practice techniques for ensuring long‑lasting, structurally sound repairs
- Safe and efficient use of TECH repairs, chemicals, and tools throughout the repair process
This session ensured Anwa‑Tech’s trainer is fully equipped to pass on accurate, product‑aligned knowledge to their customers and service partners.
Day Two:
Training for GCS Poland
On day two, our team met with technicians from GCS, an international OTR company whose Polish branch has been a long-standing user of TECH tire repair materials through Anwa Tech.
This highly practical session centred on:
- Repairing bias and radial all‑steel OTR tires
- Application of the Monaflex repair system, allowing participants to experience controlled heat‑cure repairs on large OTR casings
- Product‑specific guidance to ensure technicians achieve consistent, high‑quality results in the field
The combination of TECH repair materials and the Monaflex system gave participants a complete, end‑to‑end understanding of how to manage complex OTR injuries safely and effectively.

This visit reinforced the strong partnership between TECH Europe, Anwa‑Tech, and GCS. Through focused technical training, we ensure that TECH products are used safely, effectively, and to the highest professional standard – whether it takes place in a workshop or on-site in demanding environments.
