Please tell us what a typical day is like for you at TechPlus..
My role is very varied at TechPlus so it is safe to say that no two days are ever the same! To give an overview, I help manage the daily operations of the company, working with departments from sales to operations. We have a great sales team who are out on the road visiting our customers and promoting our products. I remain available to them to coordinate their visits, assist with pricing, and stock control and help with any customer queries when required. We also have a team of engineers for garage installations and repair services who I work closely with. In addition, I manage stock control, incoming/outgoing orders, support the finance team, as well as our marketing promotions.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy the team spirit at TechPlus as we all work very well together. The company values dedication and loyalty which is evident in the fact most of us have worked here for quite a few years. We are all working towards the same goal and that is to support our customers and supply them with high quality products and service. Their happiness and loyalty is the reward!
In addition, I enjoy the variety of my job and the role our company plays in the industry, especially our work with the ITIA (Irish Tyre Industry Association) to lobby for proper tire repair standards which is something we have worked closely with TECH on. At TechPlus, it isn’t just about selling products to us, we are committed to continuing our close relationships with customers and improving safety on the roads with high-quality TECH tire repairs and garage equipment.
